Maybe you set intentions for yourself for a better 2022 or maybe you set defined goals. The energy in the weeks leading up to New Years' Eve inspires us to make ourselves and things better. The big question is how long do you maintain that mindset? Have you run out of gas already or are you really in for the long haul staying committed until you get what you want?

New thoughts will bring new experiences to you if that is what you want. Instead of focusing consciously or unconsciously on the past, make a conscious choice to focus on the future you desire to create. Use the power of your thoughts by imagining yourself already living that life. Do it as often as you can during the day. These thoughts will replace old thoughts that you are continuously rethinking that keep you in the situations you want to be free of.

November 15 I came down with what I thought was the flu. I was sick for nearly two week before EMS was called and I went to the hospital. There I discovered I had Covid. I was lucky to have been admitted because there were only a few beds available. Once admitted I was taken to ICU.

My life is a gift. Those of you who know me are not surprised to hear me say that. However let me put more emphasis into it.

For real ... my life is a gift. And the reason why is because just a little less than a month ago I almost did not have a life to be grateful for. You see on November 15th I started my journey... My Spiritual Walk with Covid 19. And even though this sounds strange, my life is better for it. Covid is a spiritual experience.

If there is anything I have learned since the pandemic began, it is that evolution is happening whether you are consciously aware of it or not. I say it is pretty hard to ignore right now due to all the changes that continue to unfold. However there are those of us who just stare into the face of change and refuse to make choices. They just let it roll right through their lives, basically live by default and then they bemoan, complain or get depressed about the outcome. I hope if you are reading this now, this is NOT YOU!

How many of you get up and just get going in the morning? How many of you get involved in busy work but have no real focus on where it is ultimately leading you?

2017 is coming to a close. I was so excited coming into 2017. I remember being at the 2016 Burning Bowl Ceremony at THE CENTER filled with hope for the New Year. I knew then like I know now that the only way I was going to get the most out of the coming year was to be very conscious about what I wanted to manifest for myself… my dreams and desires.
