It's Winter! It's Cold! And I am craving to sleep more hours every day!

I am fighting the urge to hibernate and I know many of you are too. Instead of giving into my body, I am listening to it. I know it needs to build it's energy reserve. I am just choosing how that happens. (Practicing choice consciously makes you a better creator!)

This is my final instalment about my very unexpected gifts that I received from my experience with Covid. It has turned out to be a unique PathWay to my healing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. As I stated previously I realized when I was in the hospital that having Covid is a spiritual experience for everyone. Or maybe I should say a spiritual opportunity.

Maybe you set intentions for yourself for a better 2022 or maybe you set defined goals. The energy in the weeks leading up to New Years' Eve inspires us to make ourselves and things better. The big question is how long do you maintain that mindset? Have you run out of gas already or are you really in for the long haul staying committed until you get what you want?

We start this installment 16 days into my journey. It started with what I thought was the flu and turned into an EMS ride to the hospital and being checked into ICU with Covid. All the while I still had no idea of just how sick I was. I did not even realize it when the Physician's Assistant suggested I get into the clinical trial for an experimental drug to treat my condition.
