Once you recognize it, you can come to a clear cut decision that there is a way out, an alternative.
You can confidently decide that this is the course you wish to follow and victory is assured. You get the picture of what you want, you focus on it until you are totally immersed in that picture. And when your are, then say congratulations to yourself. This implies freedom…the achievement of your goal.
